About Training

JDG Basketball workouts and events are offered throughout the calendar year. All players and skill levels are welcome! From youth players just beginning their journey, to advanced high school and college athletes looking to improve their techniques and take their basketball game to the next level.

Our training sessions and clinics are weekly skills sessions designed to challenge the prospective athlete physically and cognitively. Workouts are flexible and can be designed to include: ball screen work, one-on-one moves, finishing techniques, perfect shooting repetition, triple threat play, how to read and beat defenders, off the ball work, and during clinic sessions structured 3-on-3 games to provide a platform for implementation of drill work.
